Maintenance, Overhaul, Reconstruction and Upgrading
of Hydraulic and Hydro Power Facilities

• Overhaul of hydro units including disassembly, installation work and alignment in pit.
• Upgrading of hydraulic unit assemblies including: the turbine runner and shaft, thrust bearing, wicket gate parts, guide bearings.
• Replacement of the discharge ring and recreation of the discharge ring geometrical dimensions and of the hydraulic unit assemblies in the planimetric and vertical positions.
• Replacement of the sealing and sliding components of the guide vanes, runner blades and kinematics.
• Repairing of the generator rotor and stator including component replacement, form correction, subsequent adjustment and alignment.
• Recreation of turbine working plane, wicket gate and waterway.
• Check-up and repair of compressed-air, cooling water and oil systems supply lines and accessories.
• Maintenance, inspection and repair of the process equipment, gates and lifting equipment of hydraulic facilities.
• High-precision measuring of horizontal and vertical positions of units parts and components, monitoring the units component forms: identification of misalignment, flatness, cylinder-related defects; comparison of irregular-shape object parameters with their design parameters, adjustment of shaft joints, identification of shafts, wheels, rotors, stators and wicket gates center-to-center distances and diameters.
